Serena Williams fund

The Serena Williams Fund has two main goals: Creating equity through education and assisting victims of senseless violence. Those are my passions and where I see making the biggest impact. Venus and I also created The Williams Sisters Fund in 2016 so we could work on some projects as a team.

The Serena Williams Fund &
Williams Sisters Fund

I created The Serena Williams Fund to foster and support positive change around two the most significant issues of our time— equity through education and senseless acts of violence. I am so passionate about making the biggest impact I possibly can, now and in the future. In 2016, Venus and I also established The Williams Sisters Fund to collaborate on philanthropic projects as a team.

Building Schools Across the World

Education is the great equalizer. It is a fundamental human right… an open door to a world of possibilities. I am committed to providing children with the resources they need to realize their potential through a quality education. I have built schools in Kenya and Jamaica and filled classrooms with supplies in my hometown of Compton to empower students to succeed.

Yetunde Price Resource Center

I know first-hand the devastating effects violence has on loved ones… the pain and grief often feels unbearable. This is why I launched the Yetunde Price Resource Center (YPRC), to provide comprehensive resource, referral and case management services to individuals and families affected by community violence. I want to help others gain access to the tools they need to cope, heal and move forward in life.
