Hello,
I hope that all is well with you. I would like to address how excited I am to have a book. "On The Line," is not simply an inspiration to you. It is an inspiration to me as well. Why, because I was able to openly express myself. The weight of the questions that I am asked during interviews is often like climbing back to number 1, sort of challenging. But, sitting alone or with Daniel Paisner, I was allowed the freedom I needed to think & write. I would like to take this time to thank Daniel for dealing with my hectic schedule.
It is amazing to be able to enter a bookstore & see my face on the cover a book, my book. As a child, we all have dreams & I am fortunate that I have been able to live my dreams. Writing the book was like a dream come true. I feel like a child walking into bookstores just to see my book, thinking to myself, "I wrote this, these are my thoughts, my life on paper." Yes, I've actually read the book. It is like a photo album because I am allowed to reread the book & remember all the events listed.
I enjoyed the journey of writing "On the Line." Determining a path since I was a child, creating my journey in life & sharing my notebook of thoughts have been blessing. As I continue on my journey in life, I will continue to take notes in order to share my experience in my next book. Yes, I intend to write another book but not so soon. LOL. I have few more goals that I would like to accomplish. I am just getting started.

Well thanks again for sharing your amazibng story with the world. I haven't read all of it yet but so far I love what I have read. I actually have a couple copies of your book. I bought 1 the day it came out & I won 1 in an online contest that I will give to my nieces. I can't say enough how great of a role model & an inspiration you are. the path of the just shines brighter & brighter so as you always do well your integrity shall speak boldly on thy behalf as well. your a true champion on duty & off the court sowing seeds that will grow throughout many generations & bring forth a great increase.everything starts with a thought then follows a picture plus images then ideas & methods. what makes a great chanpion of your professionalism when you get the right thought with a picture you run with it & follow through with an expression of thy heart which produces awesome actions that changes not only thy game but thy self. where people better take you more seriously. a female eagle does not avoid storms but rises above them & fly over them every other bird fly to get away from the storm. but when your fearless & bold & always aware nothing by any means can distract you...i may not be with you at this moment but i'll keep you in my prayers both of you as your unique originals & not copies setting a standard for many Generations to follow God Bless Your Hearts & Your Love Ones Also....

Hi Serena, I'm hoping you get the job done in today's match, very efficiently. I haven't read your book yet, but I know it's a good book because I'm still being inspired by the first book written by you and Venus called: Serving From the Hip. And I'm, applying the inspiriation you've given me into martial art form training; like, I'm now doing my 1000 move form 9 times per workout, and about to move it up one more notch to ten times. Looking forward to seeing you on court a few hours from now. I'm one of your #1 fans! (But I'm getting the hots for Mary Joe Farnandez!)

Sure it is empowering to be able to actually put down your experiences in life on paper. I'm glad you wrote a book. Keep on living your dreams because not many people have the opportunity to do it: it's a blessing. I will always root for you and cheer you up, because i believe you're the greatest tennis player out there, go get that 4th US Open title! You will tie Billie Jean King in the number of Grand Slam titles won! Go Serena!
Go Daniela you can do it. My favorite players are Ana Ivanovic, Jelena Jankovic and Novak DJokavic. I guess now I have cheer for whoever playing against Venus And Serena.

Serena, I will not be reading your book or supporting you until you apologize for your staring down the linesman the other night. What are you thinking? You have the talent and certainly don't need to intimidate the linesmen. It is an affront to the game of Tennis that you would treat the authority of Tennis like that and then use the same venue to shamelessly plug this book. You have lost a lot of fans until you apologize.

I just finished watching Oudin win over Sharapova. She's a little firecracker isn't she? I know you and Venus have something lined up for her in case you two should have to play her. thanks for being our young champ and hope more young people would be like you. Food for thought it was a pretty puppy that got in the way of me cutting my yard the owners next door wanted their puppy to play in my yard while i cut the front. Just small things like this in my home town make me want to teach some people civil respect for others rights, its good to have feeling for puppies but it is better to respect others rights first. i am not a child cutting the yard but a full grown adult i did not have time to spend time getting my neighbors puppy out the yard, what would you have done?

Hello Serena, I wish you all the success in the US open. I am also trying to write a book about my life. I am not as famous as you are but there are alot of regular guys out there who can relate. How long did it take you to complete it? Is it really expensive to publish a book? I like your style babe, take care.
All I can say it WOW. I read it in one setting couldn't put it down. It was Fantastic/powerful. My husband and I are truly fans of you and V. We are so very proud of you. Waiting to see you raise the trophy.
It's not everyday that people who make a profound effect on our society are recognize. However in this instance both Serena and Venus have overcome that obstacle. However it's unfortunate that people " prasanna goonewardena " post inconsiderate and distasteful comments on poster and or blogs. when there is one person trying to make a positive empact that are 2 or 4 people trying to counter it. For everyone that has an apreciation for goodness, Pay it forward ......ignore the comments of ignorance from prasanna goonewardena and he will continue to be what he already exemplifies himself as being " who" a no one * Paying forward Positive XXX
